The Contact form asks for your name, business name, email address, the service you need, and a message about your project. You can also provide a phone number, but this is optional.

Please include only information relevant to your enquiry. Avoid sending sensitive personal information or information about other people that is not needed to discuss your project.

How we use information

The information you submit is used to review your enquiry, understand your website requirements, and respond to you about your project. Further correspondence may include information you choose to share during that conversation.

Contact form submissions

When you submit the form, your information is sent to the website’s server for validation and email delivery. All submitted fields are included in the enquiry email. If you leave the optional phone field blank, the email notes that no phone number was provided.

The website shows a success confirmation only after the email delivery service confirms the send request. If the request fails, the form displays an error and keeps your entered details so you can try again.

Email delivery and service providers

AX Webdesign uses Hostinger Mail to send contact form enquiries to contact@axwebdesign.com. Your email address is included as the reply-to address, allowing Robin to respond directly to you. Hostinger processes the email contents as part of providing this service.

The website also loads its typefaces through Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google’s font servers to download these fonts. These requests can provide Google with technical connection information, such as your IP address and browser request details.

These providers operate their own services and publish their own privacy information. Their handling and retention of information are not controlled by this website’s page content.

Cookies and tracking technologies

No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other visitor analytics or advertising tracking integration was found in the current website code. The active website pages do not contain code that stores your enquiry in cookies, local storage, or similar browser storage.

This describes the website code, not a guarantee about technologies that may be used by the hosting environment or external services. External websites linked from the portfolio have their own privacy policies and may use cookies or tracking technologies.

Information sharing

Contact form information is shared with Hostinger Mail for email delivery and made available to AX Webdesign through its enquiry mailbox. Google Fonts receives browser requests when fonts are loaded; it is not sent the Contact form fields by the website code.

Clicking a link to a portfolio website takes you to a separate website. This policy does not cover how that website handles your information.

Data retention

Enquiries are delivered as email, so their retention depends on mailbox management and the email provider’s practices. This policy does not specify a fixed retention period. To ask about the retention or deletion of your enquiry and related correspondence, contact Robin using the privacy email below.

Data security

No internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid submitting sensitive information through the enquiry form. If you have a concern about information you have sent, contact Robin.

Privacy rights and requests

You can contact Robin to ask about information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion. Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have additional privacy rights.

Please describe your request and provide enough information to identify the relevant enquiry. Additional information may be needed to verify that a request relates to your own information. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless an appropriate way to provide them has been agreed.

Children’s privacy

This website presents web design services for businesses and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact Robin to request its review and removal.
